CACH recognises the importance of working in partnership with parents and other carers to ensure our services meet their needs.

Consumer Engagement Strategy

CACH is in the process of developing a Consumer Engagement Strategy and Implementation Plan to ensure consumers are involved in decision making and service design. This includes the establishment of a CACH Consumer Engagement Team.

Consumer satisfaction survey

Child Development Service, the Aboriginal Health, and Community health nursing teams regularly carry out Consumer satisfaction surveys. Responses provided by consumers directly inform the way services are planned and designed.

Parent and Family Network

The Parent and Family Network is a pool of parents and carers with a child under 18 years who provide ongoing input, ideas and feedback on CACH services.

Members receive regular e-bulletins (via email), requests to share ideas and feedback on our services via surveys and focus groups, and invitations to special member events.
