CAMHS Young Action Review Network (YARN)

The CAHS Mental Health Young Action Review Network (YARN) partners with Mental Health staff to look for ways to improve services.

The YARN has been established to connect like-minded young people who want to work in partnership with Mental Health. Members can be involved as much or as little as you would like. This might include:

  • developing publications for children with us
  • participating in a Reference Group planning a new Mental Health service
  • participating in a selection panel for the recruitment of staff
  • planning or delivering training
  • helping us to evaluate the feedback we receive from children and families
  • helping us to improve our services by providing feedback about the services you have received.

As a member of YARN, you’ll regularly hear about the ways you can become involved.

If you are between 12 years and 17 years and you have accessed mental health services get involved!
