The Service Agreement Deed of Amendment (DOA) to the 2021-22 Service
Agreement for each Health Service Provider were issued in May 2022 to reflect the changes to the funding
since the 2021-22 Service Agreement (Interim). Although this was the first
formal Deed of Amendment to the 2021-22 Service Agreement (Interim); separate informal
notifications of activity and budget allocations (not included here) were provided to all Health
Service Providers after each of the Government’s State Budget and Mid-year Review
processes.
