Service Agreement (Interim) 2021-22 — Abridged
In accordance with section 49 of the Act, the term of the Service Agreement is for the period of 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022.
The Service Agreement, pursuant to Section 46(3) of the Act, includes the health services to be provided by the Health Service Provider during the term of the Service Agreement that are within the overall expense limit set by the Department CEO, as System Manager, in accordance with the State Government’s purchasing intentions.
The 2021-22 Service Agreements (Interim) were executed as BUDGET-IN-CONFIDENCE due to the delayed 2021-22 State Budget and not able to be released publicly until the State Budget’s tabling on 9 September 2021. References to BUDGET-IN-CONFIDENCE have been removed from the executed 2021-22 Service Agreements (Interim) below.
