In accordance with section 49 of the Act, the term of the Service Agreement is for the period of 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020.
The Service Agreement, pursuant to Section 46(3) of the Act, includes the health services to be provided by the Health Service Provider during the term of the Service Agreement that are within the overall expense limit set by the Department CEO, as System Manager, in accordance with the State Government’s purchasing intentions.
