The South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) is currently developing its Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) for 2017–2022. With the SMHS hospital network (including Fiona Stanley, Fremantle, Rockingham and Murray District) and community-based services providing public health care to a catchment area stretching over the southern half of Perth, it is essential we plan and deliver health services, facilities and information that can be accessed by all of our consumers.
To help guide the way our services are planned and delivered, we are inviting consumers – both individuals and organisations – to provide feedback on any issues experienced in accessing our buildings and facilities by people affected by disability.
