Licensing standards and guidelines to obtain a licence for a private healthcare facility

Effective 1 January 2018, private hospital and healthcare facilities must meet the following standards and guidelines:

Private hospital
Private day hospital – Class A (general anaesthesia)
Private day hospital – Class B (sedation)
Private day hospital – Class C (renal)
Private day hospital – Class D (psychiatric day hospitals)
Private nursing post
Private nursing home
Private psychiatric hostel
