Workforce Data Analyst

What does your current job involve?

I assist in the collaborative research and analysis of Health Resource Information System (HRIS) data to identify key workforce trends and issues pertaining to the whole of WA Health workforce for workforce planning purposes. In addition, I assist in responding to workforce related data requests and parliamentary questions.

What has been your most memorable experience while working in WA Health?

Exposure to the health system and health workforce.

What advice do you wish someone had given you prior to starting your graduate year?

Take everything and anything as a learning and development opportunity.
