Community consultation for men's health and wellbeing

Community consultation for the WA Men’s Health and Wellbeing Policy is open and you are invited to have your say.

This is WA’s first policy to improve men’s health and wellbeing.

Men are over-represented in most preventable causes of death – including suicide, cancer, heart disease, lung diseases and stroke – and have an average life expectancy nearly five years lower than women.

The consultation period, which runs for two months, will include Statewide community consultation forums and a 10-minute online survey.

Results from the consultation will inform the final Policy which will be released at the end of the year.

Register here to attend a consultation forum or participate in the survey to have your say.
