The Service Agreement Mid-Year Review Deed of Amendment 2020-21 for each Health Service Provider represents the changes to the previously executed Service Agreement Budget Deed of Amendment 2020-21 as a consequence of the Mid-Year Review of the WA State Budget in December 2020.
Note: the North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) Service Agreement Budget Deed of Amendment 2020-21 was not executed, however, the NMHS Mid-Year Review Deed of Amendment 2020-21 will represent the changes to the previously executed 2020-21 Service Agreement (Interim) including changes from the WA State Budget of 8 October 2020.
