Finance and Business Analyst Graduates rotate through three 4-month work placements that provide a range of experiences within the finance and business units of WA Health. These units may include:
- Purchasing & System Performance
- North Metropolitan Health Service
- South Metropolitan Health Service
- PathWest
- Child and Adolescent Health Service
- Western Australian Country Health Service
- Health Information Network.
You will enhance your skills to develop, implement, deliver, maintain and evaluate the finance and business policies, systems and governance requirements that are followed at WA Health.
This program stream also offers additional specialised training. You will be offered the opportunity to undertake a number of professional accounting units over the 12-month program (eg CPA or CA).
Graduates are sought from academic backgrounds including:
- accounting
- finance
- economics
- business/commerce.
