COVID-19 update – 26 August 2020

The Department of Health has reported no new cases of COVID-19 in Western Australia overnight.

The State’s total remains at 653.

To date, 636 confirmed cases have recovered from the virus in WA, and there are eight active cases.

Yesterday 953 people presented to WA COVID-19 clinics – 925 were assessed and 918 were swabbed.

There have been 332,185 COVID-19 tests performed in WA. Of those tested, 56,954 were from regional WA.
