COVID-19 update – 30 October 2020

The Department of Health has reported one new case of COVID-19 in Western Australia overnight.

The confirmed case is a female in her 20s who returned to Perth from overseas. She is in hotel quarantine.

The State’s positive COVID-19 case total is now 767. WA Health is monitoring 46 active cases and 712 people have recovered from the virus.

Yesterday 400 people presented to WA COVID-19 clinics – 396 were assessed and swabbed.

There have been 487,990 COVID-19 tests performed in WA. Of those tested, 82,416 were from regional WA.
