WA Health is reporting a total of 6,535 new cases to 6pm last night. There are currently 34,527 active cases in Western Australia.
To 6pm last night, there were 329 people with COVID-19 in hospital, 14 in ICU.
Sadly, today’s report includes two deaths, which were reported to WA Health yesterday - a woman in her 60s and a man in his 70s.

Of the 6,535 cases, 2,364 were confirmed via PCR test, the remaining 4,171 were self-reported positive rapid antigen tests.
A total of 7,727 PCR tests were conducted at either state-run or private pathology clinics yesterday.
WA has recorded 980,785 cases since the COVID-19 pandemic began.
