The My Health in my Hands animation supports young people as they become more independent with their health care.
The animation was created by the Child and Youth Health Network in partnership with WA young people.
It was created in response to information requested by those involved in the Community Consultations (PDF 7.3MB) undertaken during the development of the WA Youth Health Policy 2018-2023 (PDF 4MB).
The video is aimed at young people residing in Western Australia aged 12 to 18 and is a useful tool for health care workers to aid in understanding how young people engage with health care.
