COVID-19 update – 27 August 2020

The Department of Health has reported no new cases of COVID-19 in Western Australia overnight.

The State’s total remains at 653.

To date, 637 confirmed cases have recovered from the virus in WA, and there are seven active cases.

Yesterday 843 people presented to WA COVID-19 clinics – 812 were assessed and 805 were swabbed.

There have been 335,757 COVID-19 tests performed in WA. Of those tested, 57,513 were from regional WA.
