WA Health Data Linkage Strategy 2022-2024

The WA Health Data Linkage Strategy 2022 - 2024 will modernise, simplify and improve access to health data - making it easier for researchers to use data to inform research that will ultimately benefit patients and the Western Australian community.
There are four strategic themes:
- Engagement and transparency
- Efficiency and effectiveness
- Data availablility and integrity
- Compliance.
The strategy encourages greater collaboration and partnerships across the WA public, research, and not-for-profit sectors, to support improvements to the State’s secure data linkage system.
