Mental Health Sub Network – Peel and Rockingham, Kwinana Region

The Mental Health Sub Networks were established to support the Mental Health Network in engaging with and delivering outcomes for specific cohorts.

Under the guidance of the Mental Health Network Co-leads, the Peel and Rockingham, Kwinana (PaRK) Region Mental Health Sub Network will undertake specific tasks to support documentation of care pathways, models of care, clinical guidelines, service planning, service development and service improvements.

The PaRK Region Mental Health Sub Network Establishment Report outlines the process that was followed to establish the Sub Network’s Steering Group, with a focus on the outcomes of the Open Meeting that will inform the Group’s work.

The Steering Group’s role is to prioritise and guide projects that are identified in consultation with the wider PaRK Region Sub Network and the Mental Health Network.
