Find your nearest health service using the new National Health Services Directory (NHSD). You can search for health services using the NHSD search widget below, on the WA Health homepage, or in the right column of most article pages of Healthy WA.

The National Health Services Directory is an Australia-wide database developed as part of the National Health Reform Agenda to give Australians access to a consolidated source of national health services information.

If you experience any problems using the National Health Services Directory, or if you have a general query or would like to give feedback, please email the NHSD Team with the details of the issue, along with your name and contact details.

Incorrect details in search results

If you find incorrect details in your search results, please click on the 'Report an error' button in the search result pop-up window.

Missing services in the NHSD

If you have done a search in the directory and the general practice, pharmacy, hospital, emergency department, private health practitioner or health service you are looking for has not appeared, please email the NHSD Team including the following minimum details:

  • service type – e.g. chiropractor, dietitian, GP, pharmacy, hospital or emergency department
  • service name
  • service address
  • contact person
  • contact email
  • contact phone number.

Register your services in the NHSD

If you would like to register your health service in the directory, you can either:
